According to the report, he wants cash and immunity.

London: Colonel Moammar Gaddafi has hinted that he is ready to quit Libya after 41 years in power only if the rebel interim council gives him a pile of cash and assures him immunity from criminal prosecution, a media report said.

6. Seems like cash would be the least of his concerns. Now immunity from prosecution

would be a different matter. I'm not sure than anyone in Libya could grant him immunity from prosecution by the ICC even if they wanted to, which they may not.
