CH3000: Walker's DOA-- (WI) State Capitol Campers Not Allowed
(this is interesting from a WI constitutional perspective which states that citizens shall not be denied access.)

MADISON, Wis. -- Those sleeping outside the state Capitol will have to leave, state officials said.

Department of Administration officials say camping on the Capitol lawn is a violation of the state administrative code. Anyone caught Monday night with makeshift shelter such as a tent or sleeping bag will be cited and removed from the premises.

Some protesters started sleeping outside the Capitol last week when officials denied demonstrators access to the building. Visitor access has since been restored, but with security checkpoints in place. Sleeping overnight inside the Capitol is also prohibited. About 100 demonstrators have gathered inside the building, and another 100 protesters are scattered outside the Capitol.
