But when it's a stupid woman, people make wild guesses, like you did. Maher has stated it's extremely difficult to find conservatives who want to come on his show. (Because it's the only show where they don't get thrown softballs all the time --which is sad, because it's a comedy show, and that tells us a lot about the rest of the MSM.) So I guess he's happy with every conservative he can get.

Bill and Tavis were going back and forth about Muslim men's treatment of women, Bill saying that we treat ours better than they do in Middle East countries blah blah blah; then a guy starts yelling about what a HELLFIRE missile (from a drone I suppose) would do to a Muslim women's face I think... It seemed that security took more than a second to take this person out of the studio. Bill ad libbed something but did say that the person yelling might be surprised that he agrees with the idea of his rant... That's what I heard I belive...
