Johnny McCaine: Go to TeeVee Guest or Last Minute Fill-in TeeVee Guest?
This worthless, irrelevant ogreish old coot gets as much or more face time as any DC personage. Why? From a teevee producer's perspective . . . .

Is he a go-to guest to get meaningful insight into the issues of the day?

~or~

Is he the guy who stays by his telephone waiting for a call from *anyone* to fill in at the last minutes when headlines (like Pee Wee Herman, for example) cancel at the last minute?

1. When his answers include the phrase ". . . the liberal left in America . . . ." . . . .
. . . . how can one not just say "fuck you" and tune out?

WHAT an asshole.

4. John McCain's been known to start talking when the light in the refrigerator goes on.
He loves being on TV.

5. Apparently he's the "Go to TeeVee Guest"
Edited on Sun Feb-13-11 11:01 AM by Proud Liberal Dem
since he's on so much- and they apparently decide week after week that anything a Democrat (except for President Obama) has to say about something isn't quite as important as what this single failed GOP Presidential candidate and basically worthless US Senator has to say. :eyes:

6. He's a maverick ya know
That's why he's so popular among the liberal media. He's apt to be just as critical of republicans as he is of the administration.

That was the story the media came up with 15 years ago and they're stickin to it.
