Clarence Thomas -- what if Thurgood Marshall had, for thirty years, failed to
report that his wife was an employee of the NAACP? Do you think the conservatives (cons) would have accused him of taking bribes? Where is the outrage at the corruption in our justice system?

We see it everywhere. That Thomas continues to serve on the Supreme Court is the highest insult to the rule of law. He needs to resign.

4. All animals are equal ...
some animals are more equal than others. It is just more obvious now how law functions and what the perks of being above it are. There is a level above us that requires a membership card to get in. That exclusivity can now be flaunted.

We are the ones who support and honor what keeps that system functioning the way it does, regardless of our intent or ignorance. When you see boatloads of wealth being sucked into the gizzards of a small number of families and individuals, (so fast that the sucking sound is deafening) just what kind of justice would you expect?

Inequity will continue to flourish and as it does, we will see more and more of this kind of abuse ensconced in impunity and underscored with contempt for those below who are prosecuted to the full extent of the law. One can equate the dispatch and execution of justice with the degree of financial inequity that is flooding our society.

There is a profitable, growing, private prison system and it does not exist to house the criminals on-high.

6. If ANY non-conservative justice had done this, the republican impeachment machine would be in
revving up toward high gear right now.
