My first day back at work since the end of August...

...and I've already been told that tomorrow is an inclement weather day, so I shouldn't come in tomorrow! Oh, well.

This job doesn't pay anywhere near what I used to make, and it's pretty much data entry with a lot of problem-solving skills - but the good news is that I am no longer unemployed. I may actually get to stay in my apartment, let alone keep the lights on.

I'm up in Irving, processing demand letters from third-party clients for an insurance company. It's a long-term temp assignment, and right now we're still in training, but at least we're being paid for it. Except for today, though - we've been snowed out.
