He was only 22. His girlfriend 19, and one younger teenager(sibling?) and a 38 year old woman (mother?) were also killed.

Suspect on the loose, but no name has been released which doesn't sound right to me.

1. I lived in Minot Last summer and I can not imagine something like this happening there!
But, I guess no place is immune.

2. I wonder if the suspect is military?

I am thinking he could be held on Minot AFB and they are debating jurisdiction. Since it happened in town, I would say the state.

3. With only 4800 military vs. 36,000 general population I would think
the likelihood is not military plus most are housed on base. I'm wondering if it isn't a disgruntled father/husband?
