Can Someone Tell Me When the First Tea Party Rally Was?
I'm arguing with someone who claims there were plenty of Tea Party Rallies during Bush's term.I don't recall Fox covering any rallies then. I thought I heard the first Tea Party gathering was just days after Obama took office.

7. Here's some info for ya
There are actually 2 Tea Party organizations... I believe it actually started with the Tea Party Patriots and was then co-opted by the Tea Party Express (splinter org created by different PR firm than the first). Neither was active (known as the Tea Party anyhoo until 2009)

16. Sal Russo of the Tea Part Express is the same ass that brought us other Astroturf® campaigns like
Move America Forward, Iraq "Truth Tour", and 'Cindy doesn't speak for me'. Russo used the same mailing lists to build the Tea Party Express Astroturf® base.

And Ron Paul was their featured speaker. And in 2008 they had other rally's but those were more about raising money for Ron Paul. There is a video on youtube when i find it i'll edit this post for you.
