1. Last I heard, the Keep Your Health Plan Act
was a temporary provision to last only one year. Am I wrong on this? I certainly could be wrong because the discussion on the ACA has become so much white noise to me.

2. Pelosi called it another attempt to kill Obamacare. But, whatever it is, I
think it significant that close to 50 House Democrats broke with the Democratic Caucus, even though the Republicans could have passed the bill without them.

Also think it interesting that some Republicans crossed over, too, though my OP neglected to mention that.

I feel silly to hope for anything at this point, but I think it a good sign when members of either party break with the caucus over anything. It's either pure kabuki or a sign that they actually are thinking about voters.
