(PBS) Frontline's Wall Street, Money and Power--My bad?
Edited on Mon May-14-12 02:44 AM by No Elephants
At least twice, I posted here urging folks to watch Wall Street, Money and Power, saying how good it is.

If you wish, you can now watch it here: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/money-power-wal... /

I saw it as a fairly strong condemnation of government's performance on the bailouts, including Timmeh, whose involvement spanned the Bush administration and the Obama Adminstration.

However, Yves Smith of naked capitalism called Wall Street, Money and Power an "astonishing whitewash," apparently because it was too favorable to Wall Street/.

Others agreed. http://occupyoregon.net/2012/04/pbs-frontline-dismissed... /

Frontline took issue with the criticism. http://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2012/05/frontline-takes-...

Naked Capitalism responded to Frontline's defense of its program.

Given how strongly I recommended the program, I felt morally and intellectually compelled to follow up with this post.

Moral: Never underestimate how badly we're getting screwed.

Question: Why was PBS, which is partly supported by tax dollars, protective of Wall Street?
