1. There is a list a mile long with reasons why Newt would be a horrific president.
All of them are due to things within his power.

His looks are not within his power.

I don't care for the look of him either, but if he were a liberal progressive who was kind and cared about people, he would look pretty darned good to me.

9. You make a good point, it's not about looks and good looks don't mean goodness...BUT:
I think the evil in people is shown in their expressions, it can be seen on their faces, and to the extent that this is true, then it follows that Newt is ugly, inside and out.

I know some pretty homely but wonderful people, but somewhere through their imperfect and homely features are the traces of smiles and love.
