5. You didn't read the entire article

It's a long article... Yeh, the author is against Obama, for good reason, but he's not so much in favor of the angry Randian elf either - he's comparing them as to what we have to fight if either of them serve the country next term. The editor made a poor choice of title, if you ask me.

If I wanted only the sycophantic, I'd be posting on DU3.

Read what you condemn if you don't want to look stupid. From the article:

They're all crazy, but as I argue, that matters not so much because the presidency for each party is merely an office that they will fill with their own sycophants. G.W. Bush was clearly a boy in a suit... didn't stop him, did it? And that's because all the power brokers need is a good buddy in the office of the president... one who won't upset the apple/money cart.
