i was at the beauty salon today having my hair

done. the woman sitting next to me was a lobbyist. represents big oil and the liquor industry. said she's a moderate republican. we managed to be civil to each other.

4. my hairdresser just had a baby. she

has health insurance, but didn't realize that it didn't cover maternity. so she told the lobbyist that she's already spent $30,000 out of pocket. the lobbyist asked her why she hadn't applied for medicaid. she told her that if you make more than $9,000 a year in arizona you don't qualify. typical republican they just don't get it.
