Who are the "Terrorist Apologists"???
Are there some links to the type of post that would inspire this incredible addition to the DU3 terms of service?
 + :wtf:

2. That type of rule is already in effect in the I/P forum:

3. We've had people come through here insisting that Osama Bin Laden was innocent...
... as well as claiming that the guy they got in Yemen was a innocent cleric who'd never done anything wrong (despite his conviction for conspiracy to commit murder).

The former are, thankfully, mostly now isolated to the dungeon. The latter are still running around.

8. Not to start a fight
But was Bin Laden ever convicted of committing any crime? And besides his conviction what else did Al Alwaki do?

Do I think that Bin Laden was innocent, nope..but if one respects the whole concept of the American legal system and what it stands for then the concept of 'Innocent until proven guilty' should be upheld...regardless of what our personal feelings may be.

10. Ridiculous.
Bin Laden was not a US citizen, he was not on US soil and he was an armed enemy killed by US forces.
His death has exactly jack shit to do with the American legal system.

6. The ones who think killing people with planes or drones aren't guilty.
Unfortunately, one group is acceptable.
