Ok I actually HAD to buy something today at wally world

Just in case the story went off I needed a tripod, Had been planning on getting one for a while, but it was today... and all there was that had one was wally world. (Sorry, I will say penance later) Anyhow, while paying I mentioned to cashier what I needed that for... covering OWS. She met my gaze, and in a very conspiratorial tone said... "I loved them, doing what they did on black Friday... "

I guess my penance is in telling this story...

I felt bad for giving them the money and trust me, I tried... but it was good to hear that from the employee.

(It was a new outlet store at a local mall... )

1. I have had to shop there a couple of times.

2. I go there about every 3 months to get my diabetes test strips.

$36 for a box of 100. This supplements the 50 I get every 3 months from the VA. The ones for my VA supplied meter are expensive. The Rely-On ones from Walmart are cheaper and when I compare readings they stay within 5 points in the 80-150 range. Which is good enough for me.
Outside of the test strips I might spend $10 a year at Walmart.
