I keep hearing this meme from the reactionary right all over the MSM.

Why, in our supposedly "liberal" media, aren't they being taken to task that only 51% of Teabaggers had jobs, while 70% of Occupiers have jobs. Gingrich says that the Occupiers' starts with the premise that they are owed something. That is not the fucking premise, asshole. The premise is we're tired of being stolen from by people who are already wealthier than God. We're just asking for a bit of fairness, not a fucking handout, you twunt.

Why aren't these people being called out for their complete mischaracterizations of the movement?

Teabaggers = 51% had jobs

The British might have said that but does it matter? Thomas Paine was called an unkempt nomad who drank too much and couldn't keep a job. But in the scheme of things, does it matter or did his revolutionary writings matter?
