RW American Center for Law & Justice got me on their email list - ideas as to how to combat this?

I was just sent an email by this RW group that is pro-life and represents 105 RW Congressmen fighting Obama's health care plan before the Supreme Court. I have no idea how this rabid RW group got my email address. Is there any way I can find out or do something? Seems to me they may have obtained it illegally, since I am definitely not on any list connected to RW causes or politics.

If so, use that and don't fret about it.
