Using bullhorns threatening use of "chemical agents and impact weapons" meaning pepper spray and rubber bullets.

The protesters are not moving, having none of it.

Cops are being pretty cool, arresting a few but vastly outnumbered and they know it.

There's 900 cops down there, but MANY more protesters.
