I never enjoy pointing this out, but, I do it because I think its important we know how they are justifying the ridiculous notion that corporations enjoy equal rights compared to people.


Here's a pic taken from one of my legal dictionaries. As you can see what is needed is a constitutional amendment. I think the 14th amendment should be amended. In section 1 of the 14th amendment the words "person" and "persons" should be amended to "individual" and "people". Furthermore I think there needs to be another amendment added to the constitution codifying that any corporation, business or any entity which is not a human being shall not be allowed to have rights enjoyed by human beings. With exceptions made only for animals having the right not to be abused or mistreated of course.

but without comparable tax breaks and political free speech rights.
