CIA monitoring Twitter, Facebook for intel and tips
I remember so well President Bush assuring us here in the United States that the Internet monitoring and info fishing was only done outside the U.S. and not monitoring Americans here..
Done to prevent any Terrorist plots or planned attacks...

WEll it was Bullsh-t..
In fact this Administration has taken this to new heights..
Secretly building the infrastructure and Equipment to monitor all of us as well as all incoming messaging on the internet...
What is in place now makes what Bush tried look like kid stuff..

The Central Intelligence Agency is clandestinely gathering troves of information from social media sites, according to a huge report released Friday by The Associated Press Kimberly Dozier.

Based out of an unassuming building in Virginia, a team known within the organization as the vengeful librarians are tracking chat rooms, blogs, Facebook, and Twitter around the world. On Twitter alone, the CIA screens roughly 5 million messages per day.

2. Newsflash: shit you post PUBLICLY on the internet is not private.
Really, I'm always dumbfounded when people freak out over "Oh my God, the government is looking at my tweets! Evil police state!" Newsflash: EVERYONE can look at your tweets. That's the whole point of Twitter. The government can look at it without a warrant, so can I, so can anybody. Likewise, anyone can build a script to sort through Twitter and look for information, trends, marketing data, etcetera. The government, me, Microsoft, the Mounties, Whitecastle, anybody.

If you want something to be private, DON'T POST IT ON THE INTERNET FOR THE WHOLE PLANET TO SEE.

6. LMAO.. If you want something to be private
don't fucking tell anyone. The government is monitoring phone calls, internet usage, libraries, e-mails, there are cameras on every street corner. You can't piss without the government logging it in some fucking data base.

You want privacy? I hear the moon is pretty quiet.

5. AYM
i encourage you to look up the group AYM or alliance for youth movements. its the merger of google twitter facebook and the state department... they where the ones who who helped facilitate the whole arab uprising, these are the same people who are not helping and monitoring the occupy movement... so none of this is surprising at all...

So, as Bonnie Raitt says, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJ58TVYNFro&ob=av2n

You can't hide from them, but you can bury them in bullshit.
