Interesting segment on how wind turbines, computers, solar panels are dependent on rare earth minerals. China has 97% of them and know how to process them (radioactive). Leeb says Canada has loads of these minerals but we're doing nothing about it. We're letting China lead the way. China is even using solar panels to remove salt from the salt water for the Saudis.
