1. I wouldn't trust the Roberts court to order pizza.
So, no.

3. Two parts of the question: is the Roberts court fair? Obviously no.
Second part of the question: will they strike the mandate? That's the tough one. Do they love corporations more than they hate Obama?

4. Roberts, Alito, Scalia, and particularly Thomas are among the nations biggest problems.
and I'm not all that sure about Kennedy.

7. Kennedy is a fucking awful arch conservative. Probably one of the top 10 most right wing
in a century. It is only the extreme awfulness of the other four that make him seem non-head explodingly bad.

5. other: while I don't trust this court at all, I THINK they'll rule correctly on this issue...
...even if they do it for ideological reasons, i.e. I think (and hope) that they'll rule against the insurance mandate.

6. Other: The mandate needs to go. If they love corporations, they will keep it, but they might
strike it down based on philosophical beliefs. Of course, this is the same court that refuses to acknowledge that the words "well regulated" are included in the 2nd amendment.

8. I think they'll keep it.
Their love for corporations is far greater than their will to adhere to their own beliefs.

10. A better question might be: Will you be happy with the court's ruling on the mandate? n/t
