Well it looks like we are planning on starting another war. The U.S. is getting readying to send about 100 troops into Africa to fight the Lord's Reistance Army. Yes, the United States is the center of the universe, and the events occurring in Uganda weren't really properly a war until America sent in 100 troops in an advisory capacity.

It should have been perfectly clear that I meant the start of a new U.S. war since we are on a U.S. based forum and we discuss U.S. politics here. It should have been clear from the context what I meant.
