Nice try Hank Jr
Edited on Thu Oct-06-11 01:36 PM by Ernesto
"Um, right. Hank apologized on Tuesday in the hopes of keeping the only thing that has kept him relevant for the last 25 years. And now that he’s being pushed, he’s trying to make it look like he jumped. The sad part is that plenty of people will believe that Hank wasn’t fired, and that he actually did quit."

2. He's lived on the coat tails of his father.
I agree with you as to his lack of relevance!

Hank Sr. was a talented performer. Hank, Jr. has lived all of these years on the coat tails of his father - never really doing anything.

There are plenty of jingle writers out there. ESPN can do fine without him.

3. Perhaps Hank can use his newfound spare time reading up on the First Amendment...
though I doubt he'll ever understand what the Founding Fathers meant by it.
