2. What I take notice of is how both commentators made attempts

shield, hedge or redirect any blame aimed at the political right.

I was channel surfing the other day, looking for something to gawk at while eating lunch and happened upon a commercial for Tweety's program. At some point the words Obama's America were used and of all the times I've heard the most toxic tongues use the same expression. I'm not sure I understand how that is supposed to help bring the tension level down. This is always was, is and expected to be America's America. How do we promote equality when opinion leaders label things as such?
