If the bastids could they would...
Abolish abolition.

The GOP longs for the days of slavery again. Think people should work for nothing and have no say in any matter that matters. The banks and credit card mob want to foreclose on freedom and liberty for the working class debt slave. They want if ALL and they want it now! They don't even want to wait until the next republican is in the White House...

"Free trade" = 98% slavery at the end of the game.

1. They'll never abolish it.
They might make it illegal, but they'll never get rid of it. It will just return to the back alleys. Everything else you say about them is correct.

4. That's what I meant.
The elite 2% don't care about America, they only worry about their money and their manipulative power over the other 98%. Like the slave masters of old, the "ownership society's" "thousand points of light" means obedient servitude to the poorer 98%. Pappy "New World Order" is an extension of the Third Reich's "New Order"...same shit different assholes.

3. They just change the names around...
Slavery is on it's way back. The American people are like the frog in the pot on the stove and the once cool water in the pot will be boiling soon.

That "Giant Sucking Sound" that the guy with big ears was talking about, is the breaking up noises of the great American ship of state. The last bulkhead of freedom gave away when the SCOTUS granted corporations person-hood. The last election was simply a placebo. Democracy is on it's way to the bottom of the big creek.

5. Slaves were fed, clothed, housed & given basic medical care
because they were valuable commodities to their owners. What the wealthy have now is more profitable for them than old-fashioned slavery. We have de facto slavery throughout much of the third world - no workers' rights, "pay" of pennies, starvation rampant, very little health care, etc.

Any doubt the GOP majorities will lower the minimum wage? (That will push more young people into the military.)
Gut social security, or at the very least, drastically reduce the payout?

8. They dream of an America where working people are on the same
level as the working people in the poorest people on the planet. They don't just want Obama to fail, they want the USA to fail.
