Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul will I'm sure pipe up with demands that we not fix any infrastructure anywhere, just as soon as both of them figure out how to get across the Ohio River. (Proposal: Swim for it, and if you don't make it then you were just a drain on society anyway.)
