admitting to war crimes ..how can he get away with this?..I remember hearing debates re torture on the news channels during that time frame and just shaking my head in awe..this is not an issue up for discussion..torture is a crime...cheney is an admitted criminal..why do we have to go backwards and hear this bs again.he should be in jail..forever

were aloud to get away with torture because it wasn't on US ground, so it isn't illegal. Much like corporations are aloud to take their labor overseas to China and get cheap labor even though the laws here are different.
