Evidence has been overwhelming for nearly two decades that the "West Memphis 3" were victims of police and prosecutorial misconduct. The entire case has been a circus from day one.

Now that DNA proves that the three were nowhere near the crime scene, when Arkansas should have vacated the charges freely, instead they chose blackmail of the worst kind. Lawyer Jason Baldwin has stated that the state threatened to execute Damien Echolls if the three boys didn't accept a "deal" to plead "nolo contendere" and be released.

This situation needs an investigation, and it's not going to get an impartial one in as corrupt a teabag state as Arkansas has become. We need the Feds to step in.
