9. Fictional characters create only fiction.

10. Superman is a fictional character. Only fictional characters
have superpowers. Real people have to work with the powers they actually have. Often, that means not being able to do everything they can imagine.

12. Then, he should have kept it in his imagination.
He didn't realize the cravings people had for a post-W era, but used that power to get elected anyway? With great power comes great responsibility and he's coming up wanting.

13. Remember this one? "I don't do cowering"
Edited on Tue Aug-16-11 10:02 AM by Waiting For Everyman
Oh yeah? Looks like it from here.

(I don't need to see Pres. Obama be "angry" necessarily, I want to see him be accurate and to the point instead of diplomatic and vague with "both sides" rhetoric. Call it like it is, and let the shit fall where it may. Is that so impossible?)

Along the same lines, indicting some of the top criminals who did this would be nice. And getting restitution from them before asking any of us *victims* to make "sacrifices" for it, that might be a thought.

Otherwise, yeah you're cowering. And that doesn't look good from (supposedly) the most powerful man in the world. By acting this way, he makes himself a symbolic picture of the corporations thumbing their nose at us.
