Lies on NPR at 6:05 Central Time tonight.

They were talking to people in London who were describing calm neighborhood street scenes over there BEFORE SUNDOWN, unless I heard it wrong. I did not hear disclaimer one to the effect that "this interview was recorded six or seven hours ago."

When it's 6:00 PM in Arkansas, it's Midnight in England (ask me how I know this). WTF was NPR trying to pull on us poor, ignernt Southerners tonight--BUNCHES of us who still bear English surnames?
