http://www.mediaite.com / is actually a good place to find videos before they are posted anywhere else.
When SNL is in season, http://www.mediaite.com / always has clips before other websites.
Their front page is just about ALL story tidbits that have VIDEOS.

Not everything they post I agree with, but it is a good resource for video links.
