Question: why would someone have two Social Security Numbers?
I figure identity theft would be one reason. If someone was in Witness Protection, the second number would be assigned to a new name.

Why would someone have two SSNs?

2. To evade creditors
That's why my father had two (he's been dead over a decade now).
