Tomorrow, Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom will be joined by over 200 business, labor, education and government leaders as he unveils an aggressive economic growth and competitiveness agenda for California. The event, co-hosted by Silicon Valley Leadership Group (SVLG), will take place at Wyse Technology in San Jose, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The press conference begins at 11am. “For more than ten years, the state of California has lacked a strategic, statewide economic plan. And in the last decade, we have reaped the bitter consequences,” said Lt. Governor Newsom. “This agenda represents a strategic shift, which won’t be easy, and it will depend on each of us taking part.”
