its all part of the reason so many jobs have been outsourced

An estimated 60% of all international trade happens within, rather than between, Multinational Corporations. Global Financial Integrity in Washington estimates an amount of several $100 Billion dollars of Taxes are lost annually.

8. The caymans have no income tax, corporate tax, capital gains tax...
or most any other kind of tax. They have import duties and tourist-related taxes (taxes on hotel accommodation, for example), but that's it.

Someone ought to create -- and scrupulously document -- a sort of "Lifestyles of the Rich, Greedy and Shameless" website.

Where does that money go, from that top fraction of the top percentage point of income earners?
