and this is why the Super Congress we are about to be given as part of EITHER debt ceiling deal is extremely dangerous. Who here really believes that anyone but the moneyed, Third Way Democrats will be the chosen Democrats at the table? It certainly will not be the members of Congress still standing up for the rest of us.

The monied interests in BOTH PARTIES are seizing power to control the budget and "fix" the debt, and the poor and middle class had better be aware of how they would prefer to do it.

I know these types all too well. Livin' large in beautiful Capitol Hill rowhouses, with NO CLUE as to what goes on across the river in Anacostia. One semester abroad and they're experts at solving all the world's ills. And that one cute little devil worked for -- who else? -- Heath Shuler.
