3. Why not? He gets to rule the world with consequences to himself.
You KNOW he is heavily invested in endless war and has his wealth all in overseas tax havens. Norquist is into one thing and one thing only; social engineering and ending the New Deal. Period. And it cost him nothing...he's an unelected nobody that duped a bunch of Rube-publicans into signing his personal fantasy pledge.

with access to men of great wealth. It is the American dream.
Sure he's a fucking scumbag, but he somehow has put the fear of almighty Satan into hundreds of Repub legislators who dare not cross him.
Sounds like a fantasy, but it is reality.
