7 illegal immigrant students get arrested in Calif. street protest to test deportation policy

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — Seven illegal immigrant students arrested in a Southern California street protest say they’re now waiting to see if they’ll be deported in a test of the Obama administration’s immigration policy.

Jonathan Perez, a 24-year-old communications student who will attend Pasadena City College this fall, says he was questioned by Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Tuesday after the group was arrested in San Bernardino for blocking traffic.

He says the students were released 12 hours later and are being charged with unlawful assembly and failure to disperse.

Perez says the group blocked a road to show that immigration authorities are investigating students who come into contact with law enforcement for ostensibly minor violations.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement says officers chose not to detain the students but are still investigating.

Who ironically refer to descendants who've been here for over twenty thousand years as illegal. That is unless of course you consider it a legitimate act for groups of people to organize together, call their group a name (i.e. United States), arm themselves, then stick guns into other people's faces, murder them, etc. to take property from them by force.

Basically when you break it down, its no different than some Los Angeles street gang going to Las Vegas and committing armed robbery at a casino. When you break it down, the only difference really is just an illusion you've formed in your mind hypocritically convincing yourself while one example is legitimate, the other however isn't, even though the two are the exact same acts.

So based on the truth in the strictest sense. Most all European-Americans are illegal immigrants. Of course you can scoff at that idea all you wish and of course I can understand. Nevertheless based strictly on truth, its 100% accurate.

11. The real question is what if they are actually deported.

They're practically sentenced to poverty because they may not speak a lick of Spanish. Plus they have to wait ten years to return to the US.

However, they chose to take part int this protest and must have weighed the consequences. I don't know how long they were here,
maybe they were very young and would have a good case for being granted asylum but they chose to publicly protest the system. They may end up being very sorry for a long time.
