Run Howard, Run. Howard Dean for President 2012
I'm tired of watching a compromising Republican wannabe wedging our House Minority leader out of last year's tax debate and this year's budget debate.

No wonder the teaparty republicans have been getting away with calling the Greatest Generation (our parents and grandparents) a gaggle of socialists. Truly, that's what they are really saying whether they are smart enough to know it or not. Those people were by and large pro union, pro social security, and pro New Dealers. They also sacrificed for the last world war against Hitler and the Axis powers. If they were socialists, then I'm proud of them. I want to be a socialist, too.

I'm shooting for a genuine Democratic presidential candidate that can win back the House and hold power in the Senate.

3. I love Dean, but he's happy with The job the President
is doing. This, per his commentary on MSNBC earlier this week.

8. Vote for the guy the DLC squeezed out of chairmanship
so that we could arrive at what we currently have. What we have is a scam and a perpetrator who never intended for things to be any different than what they have turned out to be. He wasted the 1st 2 years of House leadership.

6. I'm rec'ing on principle.
I would love for him to run again, but I think he's become too "status quo". He's not the Howard Dean I petitioned for in 2003. I still wear my Dean For Pesident shirt, and I've gotten many a cooment about how "different the world would be" if he'd won- even the nomination...sigh...

11. I like the sound of that, but Dean is a team player
he even helped out after the shoddy treatment by the Administration

15. Yes he's a team player. His team needs him now.
We need him to run against the other 2 teams of republiCON Regular (Obama) and republiCON Bizarre (Teaparty).

Honestly, you couldn't expect Dean or anyone else to be openly critical on camera in the past. Many of us have trusted and held our tongue long past the time we should have. But the charade wasted 2 years of House Majority rule. He lost the House for us and he's going to do worse when he caves again in the next 3 weeks, and CAVE HE PLANS TO DO.

16. Maybe you should watch the news more often....Not only is he not interested, but he approves of the
job Obama is doing.

Not my spin, Dean's words. The dream is dead.

20. If you're going to hope & wish for what will never happen, why aim so low
as Howard Dean running for President? Aim for world or galactic peace.

DU definitely needs a fantasy or wet dream forum, one where there is no pretense of being in touch with reality.
