13. I really don't care if he's impeached
I just want him to be held accountable for his corruption. Something our Democratic Leadership seems incapable of doing.

I want everyone treated equally under the law. I want fairness in the system. I want justice for all.

14. Indict Clarence Thomas - Indict the SOB for False Statements, 5 USC App. 104
and be done with it. He'd never sit on another case. He can be Impeached later.

17. Clarence Thomas feature article in the Chicago Trib today
Not one mention of his impeachable offenses.

It basically portrayed him as an independent thinker who is often the lone dissenter in some cases.

21. But, but....there is a brain-dead jury in FLA....and Charlie Sheen!!!
Sadly, those are the two topics du jour for my workplace...you'd think that the environment was perfectly fine and that sovereign nations of historical significance are not being fleeced and essentially mugged by banksters.

What chance does something as mundane as a Supreme Court Justice with a really big conflict of interest and perjury problem have without a better hook for the easily distracted masses?

24. To impeach ain't gonna get anywhere.
A conviction after impeachment requires 2/3 vote in Senate. What repuke would vote to convict a fellow puke?

Grand Jury ain't gonna happen either. As Thom Hartmann opined today, Holder and Obama ain't got the stones for that.
