Sorry if this has been discussed before,but when is Tom Delay going to jail?

I am pretty sure he was sentenced to 3 or 4 YEARS in prison quite some time ago. It has been 6 months or so, and I haven't heard anything new.

2. I believe it's under appeal. Toxic Tom will stay out while it's still in court.

I'm sure he's trying to milk it for all he can. I hear he's still trying to line up donors to help him with his mounting legal costs. Ain't that a f*ckin' shame, Toxic Tom? :evilgrin:

they mention he is going to jail as part of a mid day update but when I tried to read the diary it said I couldn't read it. So have no idea of timing.

11. Well, okay, but...I'm going to keep asking this question all over the internet until

i get an answer. I kind of like the idea of the phrase "When is Tom Delay going to jail?" being everywhere. I'll like it better when I see "Tom Delay reports to prison", though it may be a Martha Stewart-like prison I suspect.
