Indictment handed down on alleged Flagstaff AZ firebug

FLAGSTAFF, AZ (AP) - A man suspected of intentionally setting a series of small fires that forced dozens of Flagstaff-area residents to flee from their homes has been indicted.

The Coconino County Attorney's Office said 20-year-old Obrian Wilson Kee was indicted by a county grand jury Thursday.

Prosecutors said Kee, of Leupp is facing 12 counts including a felony charge for burning of wildlands as well as
multiple counts for criminal damage and endangerment.

Kee was arrested June 9 after he turned himself in to county authorities.
