Are there any extenuating circumstances that allow for an "I don't like the behavior but look what he's had to go through" statement you can make for Anthony Weiner?

Boy, you could fill pages for what Kennedy had gone through by the summer of 1969.

And if you go watch the rather funny video in which Bill Maher and Jane Walsh read an actual discussion between Weiner and one of the women, what you will hear is that at least this one WANTED him to sent her a pic of his junk. She says so.

Exhibitionists will do it when and wherever they can. I know this from a personal experience.

When I was a child almost every female in my home town saw Dwight Murray's dick over a period of four decades. It all started in the 1950s in a very small town in the midwest. Everyone was worried about his wife and children as much as they were about the victims. The local minister spoke with him (wife and daughters had been exposed) but it did no good. My Dad threatened him. Many other men and women spoke with (threatened) him. There was actually no sheriff or police department. We ended up moving to another town to get away from him because our house was just across the alley. It took several more years before he was even charged with anything and as far as I know he didn't completely stop until he died in his 80s.

Flashing is not a joke and can/often leads to more aggressive behavior.
