ABC News `likely’ to name woman who says she received shirtless Weiner pic, source says
It started as a joke — Weiner’s weiner, har har har — but now it looks as if the aggressive liberal Congressman could be heading for serious trouble.

ABC News is now “likely” to name a woman who says she received a picture of a bare-chested Anthony Weiner, a source close to the network says, taking the latest twist in this tale out of the realm of Breitbart and into that of the major news outlets.

1. He needs to involve
proper legal authorities into the hacking rather than let a private security firm do the research. ugh. Getting out of hand.

5. This woman wasn't hacked.
She's willingly releasing the pics and emails. Somebody said she's getting paid for them.

12. I venture to say, that is fine
But if he was hacked, and these photos are shopped garbage then an investigation is warranted. Sure, she may have received them, but not from him, and they are not real.

13. How many people (male or female) can sit in their office and take
pictures of unclothed body parts, post or send on twitter, facebook or whatever; get caught, lie about it only to finally fess up and expect their employer to forgive and forget? No employer I've ever worked for.

Have said before, politicians don't have enough work to do!

11. Private lives shouldn't be anybody's business, but in the end people make it their business
It goes with the territory for public figures. If laws are broken during a sex scandal or cover up, then I think people have a right to know. If not, then I don't really care, but that's not how things work. As far as I know Mark Sanford and Gary Hart didn't break any laws either, but nonetheless they never fully recovered from their scandals. As is often the case, the lame excuses after the fact do almost as much damage as the the acts themselves. Mark Sanford didn't help himself by claiming he was hiking the Appalachian Trail and so far Weiner hasn't done himself any favors with his equivocations either.

8. Last I heard was that Weiner's crotch photo recipient
didn't actually get the photo and claims she doesn't know Weiner and the shirtless Congressman was Chris Lee who quit. So how did this get so convoluted? Is Sarah Palin now an editor at the Washington Post?

10. Did the unnamed woman get a case of the vapors
from seeing a shirtless Congressman?

This is just SO Victorian England. Jesus F. Christ.
