Madison police investigated a complaint early Sunday morning of eggs tossed from a high-rise condo building, apparently aimed toward the "Walkerville" tent city encampment near the State Capitol.

Protestors set up about 100 tents Saturday night on the first night of two weeks of the allowed tent city.

A protest organizer called police after three eggs reportedly were tossed at the encampment from the balcony of an upper level unit in the condo building on West Mifflin Street.

An officer tried to gain access to the building but wasn't able to since the building had electronically-locked doors.
