Ed just pointed out that Boehner did not mention jobs once during his speech today.
Pelosi did, reminding people that it's still uppermost in the Dems' minds.

2. But...
It can't be so, they ran on JOBS as the number one issue when they got control, and now they have control, where are the jobs? Their first goal seems to be a fake attempt at repealing the health care reform bill, which they know will never pass, so why is this number one instead of jobs? I think they will stall, stall, stall, because they don't have an a plan on putting people back to work, they didn't have one when they were the minority, and they still don't have a plan!

4. They're going to pull the jobs
out of their arse. No money to spend re-building our infrastructure or for Green Energy which they won't budge on because they're into big oil so freakin deep they make the poor Gulf Pelicans look pristine by comparison.

5. Funny how that works...
they criticize the Dems for doing health care before jobs, swearing that jobs are their #1 priority. They get control of the House, and now they're putting health care before jobs!

14. Yeah - I agree that they're stalling and I heard one say this was because
'it isn't good for jobs because employers can't afford the additional insurance costs". EVERY piece of crap they do will be under the guise of creating jobs -- just watch.

9. That's because it was just a campaign slogan!!!
They're going to try and screw America again, now that they're back in charge of the House.

I heard they set up a real tough schedule, 3 weeks a month, with the 4th week off.
Man, did we get our money's worth out of those scumbags, or what?

10. DEMS CONTINUE TO PLAY CHESS WHILE g.o.p.-teabaggers play MASTER&SERVANT w/ their corp. overlords!
Edited on Wed Jan-05-11 07:22 PM by divine_truine
KOCH brothers (& their g.o.p.-teabagger schtick) will never pass the smell test! The only thing keeping this republican sideshow afloat is a complicit network msm that has allowed disingenuous politicians to go on various tv shows with their flimsy talking points (targeting low-info voters) for the most part UNCHALLENGED!

A$$hats such pete king, darryl issa, john boner etc. will seriously wish they were still in the minority before the first quarter is finished!

btw, perhaps darryl issa (convicted car thief) has selective memory in not immediately referencing WHO began the t.a.r.p. bailout: BUSH/CHENEY! Will they be included in his 'investigations?' I haven't heard him utter not once the names BUSH/CHENEY since he's made his absurd comment 'the Obama Administration is the most corrupt is U.S.A. history!'

hey issa, i will be squishing your head everytime i see your ugly mug on the tv! F.U.!
