My wife and I just had the BEST (although belated) rapture idea EVER!

OK, here it is:
We should have collected a whole bunch of old clothes from the local homeless, giving them clean clothes in exchange for their old shoes, clothes, panhandling signs, dog collars, etc...

then arranged them outside the local churches in time for morning services tomorrow.

has people posting pictures of this very thing .. not outside churches though, pretty good idea there.

I mean I thought it was funny as I drove to my friend's house today that I not only passed those 5/21 billboards but 3 churches holding flea markets next weekend.

saw more than a few posts, with photo illustrations, all over the web.

Most, if not all, had the idea to leave an evolution/Dawkins/etc. t-shirt in the empty clothes or to drop an 'Atheist Member' card, book or magazine on the empty pile of clothes :evilgrin:
