Its Toho's logo. Toho was the Film company that produced "Gojira" (Godzilla). The clip is from a movie that was made already called: "Always Sanchōme no Yūhi" Always Sunshine on Third Street. The clip is from the second movie. Its one of my favorite movies that came out of Japan in the last couple of years.
