Louisiana question about the water released

From looking @ maps on the google machine I see that Interstate 10 is in the path
of the flood waters released from the Morganaza spillway on the Mississippi River
now will all that water flood over or under I-10?



p.s. to all the people in the path of these floods i wish them well.

1. Haven't been that way in about 5 years, but

IIRC, much of the interstate in that area is elevated.

2. I-10 crosses the Mississippi river in Baton Rouge (my hometown)
