Why liberals making a good argument is often ignored.
Edited on Sun May-15-11 09:52 PM by RandomThoughts
I posted this in another thread, and before years ago, but it is worth posting again.

The reason some vote for things that don't make sense is they are following subconscious programming.

much of the groups you see on TV are not trying to convince people, they are trying to program people.

Every mention of President Obama as Kenyan, no matter how it matters in anything, programs into a subconscious that has some racial bias already in it.

Every comment on Tax, programs into the subconscious that has 'all taxes bad' programmed into it.

Any comment on Womens rights, programs into the ideas of abortion as only thing that matters in society.

You have to understand there are many people that have many macros loaded up, and then they go and vote without knowing why from there subconscious. Since for most the conscious mind just explains to a person what the subconscious already decided.

So all those articles on immigration, Islam, terrorism, and all that, is to keep that part of there subconscious making there decisions. So groups will make dumb arguments and put them on tv, and the rational argument can destroy that argument, but it don't matter, becuase they are not using any reason or thought to decide things. That is why you see dumb legislation stories, so all the liberals say how dumb it is, and many people still get programmed and don't hear what is said.

The people being programed, only hear tax, or brown or black, or Kenyan, or Gay, or Abortion, and that triggers the loaded macro.

They don't actually think or feel on what they hear, what they hear, fires off a programmed macro with loaded words. Words loaded by years of propaganda.

Someone has to help them think and feel mostly, and face that they are not actually thinking and feeling, but reacting to programming in almost all there decisions. And to do that, a person has to go through a storm, since they have to unprogram themselves, and that is not easy.

Back in the day, many years ago, I decided I would quit doing something I did not want to do. Back when I was in my 20s. I found I was driving to a place to do that, while saying I should not. That is how addiction works. I was literally doing something from pattern, while my thinking feeling mind was saying it was dumb.

So I pulled over and began to think, and realized there was stuff in my mind bellow the thinking mind that by pattern was trying to get me to do what I know was wrong. A friend once came to the same conclusion, he in a moment of clarity said out loud, "It is wrong to do what you know is wrong" The same idea.

So anyways, I learned the hair combing technique, where I would think, "why do I want to do that" what is the reason, when at the same time I don't want to do something. until I could see the programming, and the thoughts deeper that were trying to guide me, and realized they made no sense at all, and sometimes could be from something as dumb as just seeing something many times, programming. That is when I learned that thought and feeling can unprogram oneself, and many other things about the other parts of mind and reality.

But anyways, they are doing it and not knowing why. Or "forgive them, they know not what they do"

Also why I find the beer and travel money funny. although a just debt that is due to me. That is not subconscious only, although the framework for that works in the same way, but I built it with years of thought and feeling, not years of being programmed, using the same concepts of macros, but thinking on what is in that macro often. And if I feel it is best ideas. Could be different for other people. When I post 'Beer and travel money' I feel and think on the entire loaded macro I created from years of thoughts on many topics, without having to completely rethink the entire framework every time.

The problem liberals find is they try to explain to people that are not making decisions based on any thinking. First you have to help them to think and feel. That has been the problem with the liberals getting more support from many people. While the controlling types just try to program a reaction.

And that is why some tv lies alot, and uses buzz words, and repeats dumb arguments, since every time the rational argument argues the other side, or how dumb it is as a rebuttal, their followers only get another trigger fired on the macro, and don't hear any of the argument.

Every time you rationally explain a position on some issue, they only hear there own programming, not what you are saying. Have a discussion with someone, then ask them to repeat back what you said, many times they can't they are not listening to what you say, they are hearing what is in a loaded macro inside them.

I found pointing out the obvious contradictions is the best way to get someone to think and feel, since a contradiction has to be resolved in the mind, or ignored, and to resolve that takes examining the deeper thoughts. To ignore it is the 'splinter in the mind' from the matrix. That is also why some create a fantasy world that is not the same world other people live in, since to resolve the contradiction, changing how they view reality can help with that. So some work through the contradiction and change there thinking, while some change there entire view of reality to create something to explain the contradiction.

And why those that point out the contradictions help so much.

That is also why I see things from many contexts, since I do not just pick the first 'most used context' the subconscious gives in response to hearing something, but look at all the contexts in parts of the subconscious that could correlate, that is widening the pipe. Although I don't do acid, that is why people that did acid has the same experience, where they did it by numbing part of the brain, to get to more correlating information in subconscious by mixed up response, you can also examine your subconscious by widening the pipe without numbing reason and pick the context. And drugs numb reason, so they don't help, but that is why acid can have a similar effect but random not picked out by thinking and feeling.

And seeing many of the possible subconscious thoughts is also seeing things from many perspectives, the subconscious will usually offer the conscious the most used perspective. You have to widen the pipe to see from less used perspectives, that you can still think on, but are not the part you mind uses most, or thinks on most.

I can see things from perspective of 'why care' since that is in my mind also, even if it does not pop first, or I can pick the 'it is better to care' that pops up first in my mind. But from that I can see the arguments from other sides. So people that look at things from perspectives that are not there own, are also widening there pipe.

And that is why many are not tolerant in that group also, and it also hinders empathy, when they can not put themselves in someone elses shoes.

Side note. That is more scientific perception. The ability to correlate across many people, shows it is more then that. It also fits with ideas of spirits influencing people, or spiritual sources. Science people usually like to think of it just as the brain of a person, when it includes both things outside the person also, working through a person. There are different views of what those things are. Ghosts, ancestors, other powers, and many other views.

There are some that think that it is all 'the person themselves' why you hear the joke about people talking to themselves.

For instance the comment that Bin Laden was watching himself on TV, was saying that someone that is 'interpreting what they see, is really seeing what is in there mind, not what is on tv. The same thing as hearing ones own loaded macros. Although there is an external to it also. There are many jokes people make about 'believers' talking to themselves, when they get spiritual guidance, that is partially true, in that they get part of it from interpretation, although partially wrong where some of it comes from spiritual sources.

So the science idea, it is all in the brain, is half of it, and the spiritual idea of hearing spiritual sources, is half of it. Although many think it is all 'spiritual guidance' and many think it is all the person themselves. It is really both parts, the spiritual, and the person. heh, wood and stone, living and spirit, both working in people. Interesting new view on stone and wood craft.

1. Yes, it's called hypervigilance and it destroys empathy. Rendering most of us sociopath lites.

"They must be getting tired"

It explains part of this clip.

:)

Note that the connectivity in many things could be that the subconscious knows the symbolic code, even when the rational mind does not, so it starts to pop up in many writings and expressions of feeling and heart.

2. We are born with empathy as a default response, and then that is programmed OUT of us...
Like you, I want to think that people all still have that capacity to care, because the alternative is too horrible to imagine.

It's probably why I changed careers into education, because the young ones give me hope in ways one doesn't often find with adults.

5. I do not agree. We are born entirely selfish.
That is why we are so indoctrinated to share in kindergarten. Those that grow up unable to empathize I believe are similar to autistics.

7. I'd argue that conditioning in kindergarten is needed in our society to counteract conditioning
by our society of the very concept of "personal property".

Infants might have a great self-interest by nature but I think toddlers in most societies (particularly less highly developed ones) default to a sharing and caring mode.

In other words, I don't think we need to be taught to empathize, it comes naturally.

But the interests of TPTB use the media and every tool in their arsenal to teach us to be selfish and competitive.

8. Uh-oh.... Some very specific thoughts there
And good ones, too. I like the 'macro' concept, very insightful.

Good post. K&R

Great suggestion of a video to play, guess had a few rounds left in that old gun :)

Gettysburg
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NmokhHLVtQ

Notice it is the idea that it is all in the person, and I spent around 2 years working on that till I could prove that not the case. Basically I proved cause and effect across incidents that can not be connected, showing it is not just in one person, so at the minimum ESP has to exist, and at the other end of the spectrum, spirits also effect people. So it is not just a persons mind. I would not have been posting all this if I would not have first proven that. I made sure I was not crazy before spending years working on topics such as this. Wouldn't make sense to comment on something only 'in my head'

Although 'it is all in your head' is the perfect antidote to delusion. The way the bad stuff creates delusion is to put altered states of awareness in your perception. So that you see something, any of the many delusions, to try to get you to think the exterior is different, when it is your perception that is altered.

Once you know that delusions are all in your perception, defeating them is really easy, and anyone that fights for justice and compassion will have a few delusions thrown at them at some point.

With a plus the clip has some hot ladies in the video. The holy goat is funny also.

Funny comment on barefoot since it is in that video, most know that bare foot is an idea around holy. Did you know why Blackwater picked its icon, they think they are dark side enforcements for holy ideas.

Pretty sad actually.

Run to the hills

That song is Derek Halfhands feelings before his stand on Mount Thunder.

I forget you can't see or hear it. It is in parts, there is a change over in the song in the second part.
